Hairstyle by Syncwit Vani

Hello everyone ! Back again after my short trip to Batam and also since
I was busy with my studies, I was not able to update much. Anyway just to
spice up this week, I have something really interesting to share with you guys !

I have started providing hairstyling services and have been learning really cool hairstyles too.
I was recently , not long ago i guess? was asked to work out a hairdo for one of the Miss Indian International winners by the Well Known Holder of many Pageant Titles in Singapore. She is none other than the Kanmani Corine Vignes. She is the founder of some reputable pageants as well. Also, she is the sole creator and founder of Chic International too.

It was a photoshoot in which I was asked to do hairdo for Miss Jivinia Manohar, the proud owner of the titles namely,  Miss Indian International Singapore 2011/12 & Teen Miss Indian International Singapore 2010. Also, I did basic hairstyling for Miss Sapna Nanikram, the proud owner of the titles namely, Miss Indian International 2007/08 & Miss Indian International Singapore 2007/08

It was definitely a good experience working with Kanmani I should say. Really did enjoy myself. I would like to thank Kanmani Corine for the wonderful opportunity given to me. Thank you so much and I hope achieve great heights in future. Thank you personally to the honourable models too.

First Makeup Showcase Shoot in 2012!!

Hello everyone!
Back again to update on the FANTASTIC shoot
I had in the year beginning 2012. It was definitely a good kick start &
as such I was motivated to do something really FRESH and the result of my
long brainstorming moment led me to proceed with the exciting theme called......

"TROPICAL PARADISE ! "

Thoughts : This theme was inspired by the Sunnyland I live in which is none other than Singapore. The tropical climate that we have here is totally perfect for this shoot. I chose colours such as shades of greens and blues to give the tropical paradise look for the model. I should say, Sri Devi (the model above) carried this look well on herself! Thumbs up to my photographer , Jonathan as well. We had a really good time working on this shoot particularly because we really brainstormed on the poses, the looks and I came up with a suitable eye makeup for the model for a theme llike this.\

Updates : There are more photoshoots coming up with many different themes. I will be posting up the assignments soon.

Makeup Showcase Shoot (7) - Modern Pin-up look(Katy Perry Inspired)

As much as many of us go "GAGA" over Katy Perry , well I DO TOO !!!

She's born with really nice features and too pretty ! Her vintage looks were always my favourite !

I got inspired actually by one of her vintage looks! ( seeee beloww! )

 

Wanted to do something similar to this shoot and my good friend offered to help me out for this shoot.

THOUGHTS : Scarlett is the third Julie Hewett Los Angeles (Official) Lipstick in a series of colours honouring screen icons of beauty. The colour has no shimmer but has a creamy glint of blue woven into a rose fuchsia base. I really loved the colour payoff as it was really pigmented ! I felt that it complimented tanned skin tones very well !

Would be getting the other ranges in the Noir Collection for sure!

as she was a childhood sister of mine and we both were invited for this event. She's a really nice one too. (:

It was a day of merriment while I sipped on cocktails,nibble on cupcakes and other sweet treats by the dessert table there and got to mingle around with those from Luxola and also Andrea Claire. I also got to preview the latest jewellery line Francisca have brought in that the celebs just love ! - ISHARYA - their page!

Makeup Showcase Shoot (6) - Glam Work Chic

This shoot was inspired during my internship period where I was attached to a company from my poly to work for three months. As such, formal wear was required of me to wear on every working day. Somehow or rather, I got the idea of doing a shoot which included the formal wear part when the model was transformed into a working chic but more on the modern side. The eyeshadow colours I chose was definitely something really glam , a purple smokey eyes and the location was in town where high rise buildings could be seen. Thus, this shoot was taken at the Helix Bridge near Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Here you go.....
